TIME TO SHARE THE LOVE: CHARITY EVENT WITH SHONA VERTUE AND COPE ACTIVE
With Christmas fast approaching, we are delighted to announce a yoga for Charity event all in the name of sharing the love and giving to those less fortunate than ourselves.
Cope Active is collaborating with Next Gen to raise funds for Unicef’s Children of Syria Fund. Over 14 million children have been impacted by the Syrian crisis so far, with 5.6 million in need of humanitarian aid. 100,000 Syrian babies have been born as refugees since the start of the crisis, and four in five Syrian children in Lebanon are currently out of school – leaving an entire generation at risk.
Following a Q&A session, Shona Vertue will lead a special 1 hour Vinyasa yoga class.
The Q&A will be accompanied by tastings from ChicP, founded by Hannah McCollum. ChicP is a raw vegetable hummus company producing delicious and alternative dips, founded on a passionate commitment to reducing food waste.
All proceeds go to Unicef’s Next Generation London.
