We are super excited about the launch of the first Hot Barre class in London, available exclusively to South Kensington Club members. Brought in by Paola Di Lanzo, celebrity trainer and owner of Paola’s Body Barre, Hot Barre is based upon a ballet-inspired workout routine and draws parallels with Paola’s infamous Body Barre method. Sessions are made up of tiny isometric movements as well as compound exercises, which together work almost every muscle group in the body- all in forty-three degree of heat.  The barre provides stability, balance and support throughout the routine helping to directly target the core, glutes, arms and legs. The heat will allow your body to cleanse and detoxify.

Set within the beautifully designed wellness space of the South Kensington Club, PBB Hot Barre is just one of the many fitness classes on offer. After your class why not replenish and relax at the juice bar.

Throw your hair in a bun, rock a great leotard and get in a good stretch.
